9.1 Walkthrough example using Kiosk Watch
This document has been created to help clients through the first steps of using and configuring KioskWatch. Any customer who has purchased a license for KioskWatch should be able to login to the Kioskwatch application,
1.1 Requirements:
Your kiosk must be running Netstop Pro 4.0 version 15.
KioskWatch is only accessible using Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP to access Kiosk Watch.
Cookies must be enabled.
SSL 128 bit encryption.
JavaScript enabled.
If you have windows 98 SE or greater, with all service packs installed, you should meet these requirements, but we will not support problems with connecting to KioskWatch.
1.2 Log in to your Account
The first steps in using the KioskWatch remote management and monitoring application is to login to the web application. Please use the URL that was supplied to you, or go to https://www.kioskremote.net.
When you first visit the website, you will be required to authenticate yourself into the application. This is done through a simple username and password. If you have signed up with WebStats your owner id and password will work as your login, otherwise you should have received a new password from our support team. If you have not received a password, contact us at support@KioskLogix.com.
Please note that once we have generated a password for you, this password will be what you use to login to WebStats, KioskWatch and any other application used with NetStop.
2.1 Main page
Once you have logged in, you will be greeted with your user page. This page will have many features available to you.
These features are as follows:
2.2 Generated alerts.
View the last 5 alerts that have been generated. Click the "view alerts" button to see a list of all alerts that have been generated for all your kiosks. This data is kept for 45 days, or up to 550 alerts. NOTE: when your kiosk becomes unregistered it can no longer be used by customers and will stop generating revenues.
We verify each request to un-register a kiosk, so un-registering will not be instant, this means an email is sent to our support team, so a Netstop registration will only be unregistered during normal business hours.

We currently have 3 graphs available for Kiosk Watch users. Each graph is a weekly report and displays all your kiosks registered with KioskWatch.
